Alicia Miller joined the brokerage department at OMNE Partners in 2021 and is actively involved in leasing and sales transactions across all property types, with a specialization in retail. Alicia brings a unique perspective to brokerage, having been with OMNE Partners since 2016 as a Senior Property Manager, where she gained extensive experience in building operations and asset management.
Licensed in both Nebraska and Iowa, Alicia helps owners and tenants navigate leasing strategy, redevelopment opportunities, and long-term value creation. With a strong operational and financial background, she is known for her detail-driven, collaborative approach and for guiding clients through complex transactions with clarity and efficiency.
Alicia grew up in small-town Nebraska and is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she was a student-athlete. She is married to Ben, and they have two daughters, Emory and Lucia, and a golden retriever, Tank. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys attending Husker sporting events with her family and teaching her girls how to play sports.
