Colin joined OMNE Partners in 2023 as an Associate Broker, working across office, industrial, and retail leasing and sales. He helps clients navigate both leasing and investment decisions with a well-rounded, confident approach.

Previously, he was an investment sales broker at Marcus & Millichap in Minneapolis, focusing on industrial and office assets, where he built a strong, numbers-driven foundation in the investment sales process.

He specializes in financial underwriting and analysis, with a strong understanding of cap rates, NOI, and market fundamentals to guide pricing and deal strategy. He has experience marketing investment properties to qualified buyers and advising owner-users on leasing or purchasing space. His client-first approach combines investment sales discipline with hands-on leasing expertise.

His work spans Omaha from Downtown to the Platte River, and he is also active in the Iowa market, with experience in Council Bluffs, Des Moines, and Iowa City.
