Karston Lowry joined OMNE Partners in 2021 as a Graphic Designer and serves as the primary marketing resource for the company’s brokerage team. He works closely with brokers to create marketing materials that support leasing and sales efforts across Nebraska and Iowa. His responsibilities include property marketing packages, flyers, brochures, presentations, social media content, website management, photography, videography, and other business development initiatives designed to showcase listings and strengthen the OMNE Partners brand.

With a background in graphic design and visual storytelling, Karston combines creativity with strategy to produce compelling marketing materials that help brokers effectively connect with property owners, tenants, investors, and prospective clients. He is passionate about creating high-quality visual content that communicates opportunities clearly and elevates the overall client experience.

Although Karston spent his early childhood in Nebraska, he spent most of his life in Northern Colorado, where he developed a passion for graphic design, photography, and the outdoors. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, videography, creative projects, and exploring the outdoors whenever possible.
