Alicia Miller to Moderate Retail Real Estate Panel at the 2026 CRE Summit in Omaha, NE

The CRE Summit 2026 is just around the corner, and the team at OMNE Partners is looking forward to a day of insightful discussions, industry connections, and conversations about the trends shaping commercial real estate.

As part of this year’s program, Alicia Miller, Vice President at OMNE Partners, will serve as moderator for Breakout 3: Retail Resilience: Why Power Shopping Centers & Unanchored Strips Are Winning, taking place from 10:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in Rooms 213-214.

Joining Alicia on the panel will be Ember Grummons of Investors Realty, Kirk Hanson Jr. of ACCESS Commercial, and Dan Woodbury of Woodbury Corporation. The discussion will explore the tenant demand drivers, investment considerations, and market trends contributing to the continued success of power shopping centers and unanchored retail strip centers.

In addition to Alicia’s role as moderator, several members of the OMNE Partners brokerage team will be attending the summit, including Patrick Regan, Alex Epstein, John Dickerson, Jeff Beck, Erik Rickard, and Anna Goeschel.
