Andy oversees the property management, and facilities maintenance divisions.
Andy started his commercial real estate career in 1997 working for Magnum Development Corp where he focused on “ground-up” development projects spread out over 15 states. Additionally, he oversaw and managed a portfolio of over 1.5 million sq ft of commercial real estate held by both Magnum and third-party owners. He joined OMNE Partners in 2016.
Andy served in the United States Marine Corp and Marine Corp Reserves and has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
