Andy oversees the Property Management and Facilities Maintenance divisions. He joined OMNE Partners in 2016. Andy started his commercial real estate career in 1997 working for Magnum Development, LLC, where he focused on “ground-up” development projects in 15 states. Additionally, he oversaw and managed a portfolio of over 1.5M sq ft of commercial real estate held by both Magnum and third-party owners.
Andy served in the United States Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserves. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
