Erik’s specialty is working with restaurant and bar ownership groups to find the perfect space – from their first space – to the expansion of multiple locations.
Erik has over 21 years of previous experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries. His responsibilities included the opening and operation of multiple restaurants in the Omaha area, from fine dining to high volume. Erik still consults with new and existing hospitality operations on revenue growth, standardizing operations, and staff training and development.
He received a BA in business from Bellevue University, and an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from the Texas Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu.
