Adria Ediger joined OMNE Partners in 2010 and brings more than 18 years of experience in commercial property management. As Executive Vice President of Property Management, she oversees the firm’s property management division, directing the physical, operational and financial performance of OMNE Partners’ commercial real estate portfolio.
Adria’s primary responsibilities include managing key client relationships and leading the growth and professional development of the management team. She plays a critical role in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high service standards across the portfolio. Known for her collaborate leadership style and hands-on approach, Adria partners closely with leasing, construction, and ownership teams to support and achieve overall property goals.
In addition to her executive leadership role, Adria directly manages 1.5 million square feet of complex retail and office properties, leveraging her expertise to maximize asset performance and tenant satisfaction.
Adria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2015 and holds an active real estate license in both Nebraska and Iowa.
Adria is married to her husband, Mike, and has two children. Outside of work, she spends much of her free time coaching her daughter’s softball teams.
