Kayla is a seasoned Commercial Property Manager at OMNE Partners with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. She brings a proven track record of providing strategic oversight across a diverse portfolio of assets. Since joining OMNE Partners in 2017, Kayla has advanced from a Leasing Administration role into a key Property Management position, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and organizational impact.
Kayla oversees a varied portfolio of mixed-use, office, retail, and industrial properties. Her management approach focuses on optimizing operational efficiencies, enhancing tenant engagement, and aligning operations with ownership objectives through proactive problem-solving and long-term value creation.
She holds active real estate licenses in Nebraska and Iowa and is an active member of the IREM Nebraska Chapter. Kayla is pursuing the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from Bellevue University.
Outside of her professional role, Kayla is a proud mom of two who values spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys staying active in the gym, yoga, as well as enjoying a good book in her spare time.
