Andy has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, he oversees property management, and service/maintenance operations across Nebraska and Iowa. A 1993 graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in Finance, Andy began his commercial real estate career in 1997 as Controller with Magnum Development. He obtained his Real Estate license in 1999 and quickly expanded his focus into real estate development and property management.
Andy was recruited to build and lead OMNE’s Property Management team. In 2016, he was appointed Director of Operations, responsible for Property Management, Construction, and the Service/Maintenance division. Following the June 2021 merger of OMNE Partners with Seldin Company, he was promoted to President of OMNE Partners and continued oversight of USG Service.
Prior to his real estate career, Andy served in the Marine Corps Reserves from 1986 to 1993. Andy has been married to his wife Jackie since 1993. They have two sons, Dan (27) and Ben (25). He is actively involved in the community as a Board Member and Treasurer of the Barrientos Scholarship Foundation.
