Alex Epstein is an Executive Vice President at OMNE Partners, where he specializes in investment sales, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing assignments across the office, industrial, and multifamily sectors. Since joining the firm in 2016, Alex has built a reputation for delivering strategic, relationship-driven solutions on complex transactions throughout the Midwest. His experience includes large-scale investment sales, sale-leaseback structuring, lease negotiations, tenant representation, repositioning strategies, renewals, and targeted acquisitions.
Throughout his career, Alex has advised institutional and private owners, developers, investors, landlords, and occupiers on maximizing the value and long-term potential of their real estate assets. He is known for combining market expertise, creativity, and disciplined execution to create meaningful outcomes for his clients.
Alex is an Omaha native and graduate of Indiana University Bloomington. He is deeply involved in the community and currently serves on the Presenter’s Circle for Omaha Performing Arts, the Floor Committee for the Aksarben Ball Foundation, and the Board of Advisors for Cornhusker Bank. He is also a member of Leadership Omaha Class 40.
In 2017, Alex founded Jewish Business Leaders, where he currently serves as Chairman. The organization has become a respected platform spotlighting influential leaders and changemakers throughout the Omaha community. From 2016 to 2020, he also served as Vice Chairman of the Omaha CRE Summit.
Alex was recognized as a Midlands Business Journal 40 Under 40 recipient in 2022 for his professional accomplishments and leadership within the Omaha business community.
Outside of real estate, Alex enjoys traveling, creating lasting memories with his two sons, Ari and Avi, and seeing the world through their eyes.
