Matt Edney has 19 years of CRE experience and joined OMNE Partners as Executive Vice President of Brokerage in 2016. Throughout his career, Matt has specialized in helping clients navigate complex real estate decisions, with a particular emphasis on industrial, office, and investment properties. He has successfully negotiated numerous lease and sale transactions, representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers across a variety of asset types. His consultative approach and market knowledge allow him to deliver creative solutions tailored to each client’s goals. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, traveling, golfing and coaching youth sports.
