During his time with OMNE, Erik has completed over 100 retail lease and sales transactions, including multiple restaurant business sales, reflecting his growing expertise in guiding operators and owners through site selection, leasing strategy, and deal execution.

While Erik’s professional roots include more than two decades in the restaurant and hospitality industries, he leverages that experience selectively using it to better understand operator needs, brand positioning, and the operational realities behind successful retail and food service locations. His background includes the opening and management of multiple Omaha restaurants, as well as consulting on operational efficiency, revenue optimization, and staff development.
