Jeff has been a commercial real estate broker since 2022, specializing in investment sales and leasing. He advises landlords, tenants, and investors on deal strategy, valuation, and negotiations. His experience spans transactions across retail, mixed-use, office, industrial, land, and multifamily assets, bringing a cross-sector perspective to every deal.
Backed by over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance and an MBA, Jeff brings a disciplined yet flexible approach to each assignment. He works with clients of all sizes, from institutional investors to local business owners, and is known for translating complex real estate decisions into clear, actionable strategies.
In addition to his brokerage work, Jeff currently serves as Treasurer of the Nebraska Journalism Trust and has previously served on the boards of the Maha Music Festival, the Nebraska AIDS Project, and The Union for Contemporary Art.
